Apeks Lifeline Ascend Reel 60M, a new development in reels from the guys at Apeks in the UK! The Ascend Reel takes the good old SMB reel to whole new level both in terms of the build quality and the design and function.

Firstly the Ascend Reel is designed and built in the UK….. The idea behind the design of the Ascend Reel was to deliver a reel that makes deploying an SMB (Surface Marker Buoy) quick and simple and they have achieved this.

The Ascend Reel is designed for both left and right hand use and is simple to operate even when wearing gloves, the mechanism is also super smooth so the whole experience of using an SMB is improved using the Ascend Reel.

Made from anodised aluminium components and with an easy-grip rubber handle the Ascend Reel also features stainless steel attachment points, and comes in a range of swanky colours, all in all, the Ascent Reel is setting a new standard in SMB Reels.
